HR Recruiter

Responsibilities

• • Identify, engage, and recruit top UI/UX Designers, Developers, and Design Leaders.
• • Leverage job portals, social media, and networking platforms to attract candidates.
• • Work closely with corporate clients and hiring managers to understand their hiring needs.
• • Match suitable UI/UX professionals to job opportunities based on skillset and experience.
• • Post and manage job listings on the portal with relevant details.
• • Maintain and update a talent pipeline of UI/UX professionals.
• • Conduct initial candidate screenings based on portfolios, resumes, and skill assessments.
• • Assist in scheduling interviews, design challenges, and technical tests.
• • Stay updated on UI/UX industry trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring best practices.
• • Build and maintain relationships with UI/UX professionals and hiring partners.

Requirements

• Qualification: MBA (HR)
• • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage with candidates and hiring managers.
• • Ability to analyze portfolios, understand job descriptions, and assess UI UX Design & Development talent.
• • Bachelor's/Master’s degree in HR, Business, Design, or a related field.
• • Prior experience in UI/UX hiring, staffing agencies, or tech recruitment is a plus.
