Terms of service

This is a reference template for a demonstration deployment. Before operating a real hiring platform, have these terms reviewed by a lawyer in your jurisdiction.

1. Accepting these terms

By creating an account or using Growtriz, you agree to these terms. If you use Growtriz on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind that company.

2. Who may use Growtriz

You must be at least 18, or the minimum working age where you live, whichever is higher. One person, one account. Employer accounts must represent a real, identifiable organisation.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you upload — your profile, your resume, your job listings. You grant us the licence needed to host it, show it to the people you have chosen to show it to, and back it up.

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you post. Misrepresenting your experience, or a role's pay, duties, or employer, is grounds for removal.

4. Employer obligations

• Every listing must state a genuine salary range for the role as advertised.
• Listings must describe a real, currently open position at the named company.
• You may not charge candidates any fee at any stage of the process.
• You may not discriminate on any characteristic protected by applicable law. Screening must relate to the job.
• Candidate data reached through Growtriz may be used only to evaluate that candidate for a role. It may not be sold, shared, or added to a marketing list.

5. Candidate obligations

• Apply as yourself, with an accurate account of your own experience.
• Do not upload documents containing anyone else's personal data without their consent.
• Do not automate applications or scrape listings.

6. What we may do

We may remove content, and suspend or close accounts, that breach these terms. Where we act against an account, we tell the account holder the reason. We do not act on a single unverified report.

We may change Growtriz over time. Where a change materially reduces what you get, we will tell you before it takes effect.

7. Fees

Candidate use and the free employer account are free. Paid checkout, subscription billing, and billing settings are not currently available. Any future paid service requires confirmed prices and terms before you agree to it.

8. What we do not promise

Growtriz is a marketplace, not an employment agency. We do not guarantee that you will find a job, that you will find a candidate, that any listing is accurate, or that any employer will respond. We are not a party to anything you agree with an employer or a candidate.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Growtriz is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost earnings, or lost opportunity arising from your use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Ending your account

Self-service account deletion is not currently available. For help with an account closure or personal-data request, contact support. Further information is in the privacy policy.
