Responsibilities

• Interact with customers and understand their requirements
• Explain and promote products/services to potential customers
• Generate new leads through calls, visits, and customer referrals
• Follow up with leads and convert them into customers
• Maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers
• Handle customer queries and provide suitable solutions
• Maintain basic records of leads, customer details, and sales activities
• Coordinate with the team to improve sales and customer satisfaction
