Telecalling

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
• Explain company products, services, and other relevant information
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information
• Generate leads through telecalling and convert enquiries into customers
• Follow up regularly with interested customers
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and follow-up status
• Handle customer questions, concerns, and objections professionally
• Coordinate with the sales/team members for further customer follow-up
• Maintain professional communication with customers
• Prepare daily call and follow-up reports for management
• Ensure a good customer experience throughout the interaction

Requirements

• Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English
• Good convincing and interpersonal skills
• Customer-handling ability
• Basic computer knowledge
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
